    This recorded program can be done at your own pace, and on your own schedule in those crucial, unpredictable weeks following birth or as a re-introduction to exercise anytime after having a baby.

  • Live Group Classes

    YUMs’ beautifully designed yoga classes are held live and online, via video conferencing.

    Class sizes are small so the sessions are cosy and intimate. You can see, hear and speak with me, your guide, and anyone else in your class.

    You can chat with other mums, receive personal feedback and postural corrections and are encouraged to ask questions whenever you want. You can also turn off your sound and image if you’re feeling shy, having a bad hair day or need a little privacy.

    Can’t make a live classes? No problem! Each live session is recorded and available to you to do at your leisure. You also have full access to an exclusive library of pre-recorded YUMs sessions. So you don’t have to miss your yoga because your schedule suddenly changes or you’re running late!

    NEW MEMBERS ARE BEING ACCEPTED NOW BUT PLACES ARE LIMITED.

  • Private Consultation

    The fastest way to get targeted results is to have a private consultation.

    We will discuss together the mental, physical or emotional issues you’d like to address. From there I will create your unique yoga routine to address your goals and guide you through it. The recorded video session is yours to keep so you can review it anytime and follow your routine again and again.
